Very staple

This is a great step stool. Little heavy but that’s probably what makes it so stable. It is very sturdy and well built You can feel comfortable on the top step, only thing I might make different would be to add a rod so could have something to hold on too when on top step, but since using to reach top cabinet shelves mainly have the cabinets to put hand on

Poor quality

I was excited to get step stool. Got home and opened up the steps are narrow and wobbly. I returned.

Overall good- steps should be bigger

Overall good- steps should be bigger if you want to stand on middle one and don’t need to go all the way to the top. If using top step, would be nice if handle was higher for when going up or down

Ladder

I would have liked to have the steps deeper. I feel they are just a little narrow. I have a 2 step and the steps are deeper and I like that better.

Sturdy helper

We have been very pleased with the sturdiness and height of this ladder. We are using it in the kitchen to teach very high cabinets. It folds easily and doesn’t take up much space in our pantry closet.

The best step stool for home and garage

I bought the Werner 3-step foldable step stool last year for my home, to replace a two step. It's been invaluable. I don't have to lug in my 6 foot ladder because the 3 step is tall enough for most jobs. This year i bought another for my garage and outside chores for the same reason. I didn't have to lug around my 6 foot ladder. Would highly recommend!

Not very sturdy

Steps are too narrow. No upper shelf like some other 3 step stools.

Sturdy

Great in-between stool/ladder! Use it often for chores around the house. My kids use it as an extra chair in the living room.

Haven't used it much, but seems to be well made and sturdy.

We love this, takes very little space and we keep it in the kitchen to get those high shelves and such.

Leg broke during use at step - Cheap!!

My wife was using the stool to place boots on a shelf. While she was on the second step one of the legs broke right where the step is connected. It resulted in her falling and hitting her head, elbow and heal. It should have ended in an ER visit, but she said she is alright. It's been 3 days and she is still limping. To add insult to injury I reached out to the company on their website the same day the fall happened (January 1st) and they have yet to reply. We do NOT recommend anyone buy this ...

Gets you high

Let’s you reach the things normally out of reach things but the steps need some grip tape added so you do not slip!!
