There is a learning curve.
Would RecommendIt isn’t as straight forward as we had hoped. The learning curve to make it produce results like we wanted for both grilled and smoked items caused us to waste food as it just wasn’t good. Once you start getting the hang of it, it gets better. Oddly, it’s easier to get smoking than it is grilling. Even when cooking at higher temps, it still produces a lot of smoke which isn’t always wanted.
