Would RecommendVery happy with this purchase. I was back n forthw between this and the XL. In the end im mostly cooking for two so didnt need the larger one. Ive done an 8lb brisket, 6lb pork shoulder and whole chickens. Turn out amazing every time. Ive found you can place wood blocks under the diffuser for more smoke. Ive also brought the weber smoker box for wood chips. Which works ok. I do wish they create something that goes over the flavorizor bar for qood chips to get a true smoke like charcoal. ...
