I was impressed from the time I started unpacking the grill. The packaging design is absolutely brilliant and ensures that nothing is damaged in shipment. The grill is everything I hoped for and more. I grill year round in WI and with all three burners on, including both sear zone burners, the grill gets to 500-550 degrees even on the coldest days. Like Weber sadly didn’t get the one I wanted !

I wanted the mat black I ordered it and you charged me .. so was kind of forced to buy the black silver .. went into the store the next day to buy a tank and a cover .. didn’t realize the tank didn’t have a gauge so need to get one .. but what made it worse you switched all your floor models to the mat black and have them in stock I don’t understand why my order said sold out .. kind of a bad experience!!

Weber used to be the best but is now mediocre.

Although Weber remains my go to company for grills, they have cheapened the construction of their smaller gas grills compared with those that Ive purchased in the past. Weber's customer service used to be truly remarkable yet they now seem to do the bare minimum, if that.

The sheet metal is so thin you can bend it easily by hand. Assembly instructions are terrible. The grill had three different damaged parts. I was able to fix 2 but Weber had to replace the third. You shouldn’t have to fix a brand new grill

First Time Weber Gas Grill Owner

The Weber Spirit 3 burner grill is very well built in my opinion. I especially like the digital thermostat, the reversible grates and the removable drip pan. This is the first Weber gas grill I have ever owned and I have owned probably 4 other gas grills in my lifetime, I can see the quality in the grill as I assembled it, it took about two hours and all the parts went together very well. If you assemble the grill on your own you will have a whole lot of packing material to dispose of afterwar...

A winner!

This grill replaced a 18 year old Webber grill. The old grill sadly gave up the ghost. I grill rain or shine; all four seasons. Most of the parts on the old grill were original. I didn’t want a large grill any more so the new Webber is the right size. It is well made and has improvements over the old one. My only complaint is the backside is open which allows leaves and anything else in the grill.
