Worth the price!

Very nice product for the price. I purchased this for my husband who grills almost every day. He would complain about flare ups and maintenance of other grills which peaked caused me to look into the Weber line. The easy pull-out drawer for cleaning and the additional grilling options has made this purchase well worth it. Assembly did take a while and was easier with two people, but not terrible at all.

Not happy

Your technical department is nonresponsive not helpful at all. The Weber Connect app does not work well very disappointed. I thought I was buying a barbecue as well as good Weber Connect not the case very disappointed.

Love the grill!

Excellent grill and what an upgrade from my previous setup. I’ve now been able to control my heat how I want and have produced great burgers, steaks, and chicken breast. Unfortunately some things are a little clunky. The grill is powered in order to run the smart thermostat, but that same power does not run the igniter, nor the lights in the handle so I’ll have to also keep batteries on hand which was just a little unfortunate. Weber Grills keep getting better.

I have had four Weber gas grills in my life and this is the best by far.

Solid grill with a couple of minor issues.

Generally fine, assembly instructions mostly clear with some hiccups. The temperature and probe display on the grill is very dim in sunlight and difficult to see. I wish there were an adjustment for this. Would also like to have had a list of accessories specifically for this grill and how they are used (and maybe a hard copy of a recipe book). Well-built

Impressive design

Very impressed so far. I love the natural gas version with easy hookup and no propane tank, of course! We also purchased the griddle accessory which has been amazing. It’s easy to remove and clean the inside of the grill each time. I love the clean out drawer that slides out for easy access. Well done Weber!

Defective door

My wife ordered grill online and after spending afternoon putting it together the last piece to put on (right door) was warped out of the box and will not close. I called customer support and they required me to take pictures and email them to agent while I was on the phone (kind of cool). They verified door was warped and wouldn’t close; however replacement part is on back order for several weeks now. I checked my account recently and ticket is no longer active. I guess I will have to reopen...

The grill guy

I think this grill is incredible. The only thing that’s a little hard to do is to keep the outside clean even with the cover other than that everything is incredible.
