Quality Grill

I am really enjoying my Weber Grill. I followed the instructions to assemble it. Everything fit perfectly. I've used it now a few times and it is very easy to use. This is a quality product. I made a good choice

Great grill but could be improved

I bought this grill just after Christmas to replace my 14 year old Weber genesis grill. Grill works great, cooks fairly even across entire grill. The only complaints I could make is the fit and finish of the panel are not that great, also the printing on the front panels and around the knobs is chipping off and disappearing. We will see in the long run how the components hold up.

Missing Manual Thermometer

I love the grill, and was intentional about purchasing the tech package. However, when it is raining, I don't use the tech package because I don't want the cord to be plugged in and get wet. Unfortunately, you can only read the temperature of the grill from the electronic panel when the grill is plugged in. It is lacking a traditional thermometer in the hood as non-tech grills come with so you can gauge temperature when not plugged in.

Great Grill and Great Service

This grill has all the bells and whistles that you could ever hope for. I love the light that shines on the grill and I love being able to replace half the grill with either a steak searing grate or a griddle. It really allows me to be versatile with what I can do on the grill. Although at first I had some issues with the equipment, Weber was quick to remedy this and give me everything I needed. Would buy this again.

Solid construction and performance!

This bad boy is solid. Great construction and materials. It performs too! Heats up quick, holds temp, great layout. I'm a charcoal griller all day long and have used many lackluster gas grills often to my disappointment. I have yet to be disappointed here. I haven't played around with the smoker box yet to try for the charcoal flavor but from a heat and control standpoint I'm impressed here. I also got the rotisserie and it worked great!

Enjoying Weber quality and bells and whistles

I've had several Weber grills in the past that I've really liked, and when I got this smart gas grill with many bells and whistles I was concerned that they may have technical issues. But thus far all of the features, including lighting of the grill and information about grill and meat temperature that is relayed to a phone app are working well and making the grilling experience even better than ever.

Very nice grill

Grill is exactly what we wanted and was worth going with this particular one. The lights are definitely a game changer. Only issue we had is first time use the electric ignitor didn’t work so have to trouble shoot that.
