Great Warranty & Feedback
Would RecommendMy existing One Touch rusted up solid, despite being under cover from the elements. I went to the website, found what I needed and ordered it on line. Afterwards I thought about Warranty so contacted Weber. Showed pictures and they refunded my purchase and on arrival I fitted the new part.

Review of new Performer Grill
I had a Weber Performer Grill for about 15 years and it finally wore out. I bought a replacement grill (same Performer grill) about one month ago. It is nearly identical with my older model with two exceptions: 1. The grill cover has an improved vent which doesn’t seal tightly and as a result rain gets into the grill chamber. 2. The cleaning system is also “improved” and is much more difficult to reassemble after emptying. I don’t know what your sales are in this model (it is an older design) ...

Replace cleaning system
Would RecommendI replaced the cleaning cleaning system after the old one broke after 11 years of operation. The only issue was removing the old system due to rust buildup holing the lever to the metal fixing plate on the bottom. Some WD-40, a hammer, and chisel broke it free.

Do I Really want to do this?
Easy to assemble if you know what you are doing and your Weber is not a thousand years old and very rusted. Removing the old parts was harder than installing the new. But my wife did have to help considerably.
