Absolutely great product

Wonderful product. Quick, convenient, and perfect for those whose time is at a premium. 2 coats in no time circling the room, 3 coats if one wants to go the extra mile after a night of drying. Reading the instructions would help many that left bad reviews.

don't waste your time or money on this

It didn't work. It would not suck up the paint like it said it was supposed to.

Uses a lot of paint

Great because of how easy it is, sucks because it wastes a lot of paint. Can’t really reuse it, but it’s fine I wasn’t expecting to. It worked for touch up’s but it used almost half a can where if I took the time to use an old school roller and tray I would’ve used half as much paint. I guess you have to decide if you’d rather save time or paint. I chose to save time.

Great product

This thing is a lifesaver it saves so much time. And if you clean them, well, you can reuse them and honestly for the money they’re not bad.

I really wanted to love this

Uses double the paint or more to cover the same area as a traditional roller and tray. Paint sporadically splatters/drips when you press the trigger to release paint. Doesn’t coat evenly like traditional rollers.

Game Changer

Okay, in all seriousness, this bad boy was a game changer. We painted the entire bedroom in one go, and it was pretty much effortless. The ability to fill it full of paint and just go at it, made a huge difference. Time kind of flew by and made the chore of painting much less of a hassle. Clean up was easy as the wife did it, I did not.

Too much paint in roller

Great concept but not very good. I tried using it in the ceiling and it took a very long time to get the paint to even come out on the roller. When it did appear and I started painting, one side had more paint than the other. One try is enough. I will go back to paint tray.

Just like so many Wagner products they have better marketing ads than they have products. This is one of those you can use it all day then throw it away or you can use it for a couple hours then spend the same amount of time trying to clean it up, because if you don't it will never work again. It is more cumbersome to use than a good quality conventional roller with an extension handle, and pan. I couldn't say that it saved any time painting ceilings byt the time I did the clean up.

Might be more trouble than it's worth

First the Good: I liked not having to go back and forth to the tray, and it saved my feet going up and down the ladder. Having the paint in the roller is very convenient. BUT, it uses so much paint. I feel like half the can was left in the roller when I cleaned it. I had to press really hard onto the wall for it to cover, and I still had quite a few touch-ups to do at the end.

Only critique, why didnt they make this sooner?!

Works as advertised. Delivered nice thick coat of paint, minimal splatter.
