Exponentially decreases painting time

I love this thing. Makes it so much easier and faster to paint large areas. I dreaded the thought of repainting huge walls in the house I bought, but my dad mentioned this tool and I gave it a try. I don’t mind painting near as much. It’s a bugger to clean, but it’s definitely a timesaver. Highly recommended.

Does not save time

I bought this product because I wanted to paint my entire 2500 sq ft house and save time. I started with the ceiling. It really takes some getting used to before you are comfortable using the product. I read all the instructions and watched different videos before even turning on the switch. I noticed there is a rocker switch on the main unit and small red button at the handle. You need to push the red button to have the paint flow to the roller. Worked Flawlessly

Ease of connection to either 1 gallon or 5 gallon paint buckets. Worked without any flaws. Cleaning was also easy.

Big jobs life saver

It takes time to get used to it and figure out the best plan of action. Me and my husband bought 2 of these to completely paint fresh drywall. We painted all the walls in about 4.5 hours of a 1450 sqft house. Basically it's about how fast can you move. Love them both and they both worked great. We are currently cleaning them. Love them! Big time saver.

Poor Design/Construction

Within 5 minutes of starting the first job, the handle button stuck in the on position resulting in a big mess that had to be cleaned. The rest of the job consisted of going to the unit an turning on the unit for 2-3 seconds then rolling and repeating. I called technical service who recommended cleaning and oiling the button. Disposable after one use.

Worked well enough on the first use. After spending 30+ minutes cleaning the unit, carefully following all of the directions, it was usless two days later. The time spent on setup and clean up is longer than if you just painted by hand. Don’t waste your money.

Great tool

This is a time saver. I started to paint the interior of a 3400 sq ft house by standard roller. After the first room, i bought this unit and saved hours. I get tired easy due to medical issues and was able to paint longer and several rooms a day. There is a learning curve initially but didn’t take long to learn how to load the roller. Leaking paint

System leaks paint from the roller. Rubber seals are cheaply made.

Not worth the money

Liked the idea of this product but it broke the first time I tried it

Buyer beware

Some air apparently got trapped in the tube creating pressure, so that during cleanup as I was putting the roller arm back into the paint can there was a release of pressure, causing an explosion of paint all over my custom made shower curtain. The company offered to send me out a different roller arm. Really? That’s not even what caused the problem. Complete waste of money. In addition it is so time consuming to clean up afterwards you might as well just paint the roomYou’re not saving any time...

Amazing!

This sped up the painting so much!! We finished a small office in about an hour with just a single gallon. It was like having a helper handing me fresh rollers filled with paint every time I turned it on. Great buy for the price indeed!

Works okay, but uses a lot of paint

This is only really good if you are on top of a ladder or something and you don't want to keep going down for paint. It uses a LOT of paint, isn't that easy to clean, and just seems cumbersome. If I could go back, I wouldn't have bought it. It does what it does well enough, but it just provides a service that isn't really needed I guess.

just stick to the paint pan. not worth the trouble

It’s a wonderful concept, but it creates more problems than it solves. You need to set aside time to clean it, the hose gets in the way and I found that I kept hitting the pump button. Not worth the hassle. That’s what I get for trying to cheat the tried and true paint pan. You’ll appreciate paint pans more after using this.
