Great for big jobs

I had one of the original power painter from Wagner. This new design has its pluses and minuses over the old. The old painter had a two foot extension for the roller. It really made controlling very easy. Additionally, the old design carried the can of paint and had a regulator to adjust the flow of paint. The adjustment wouldn't be that big of deal if the control to the pump was at your lower hand. IF you have a stick on this you can't reach the button. I came here looking for the extension pie...

Big time saver

Used it twice and loved it. Third time it failed to pump paint to roller and leaked paint from bottom of pump. What a mess and loss of time and paint.

Amazing at first but hard to clean

This is amazing if you have a small job. It's so hard to clean that it's just not worth it if you plan on using it more than a couple times.

Dripping HOT MESS! Pandemic Painting Fail!

This was a huge waste of money! The button on the handle sticks and pumps so much paint into it that its litterally running down the walls puddling in the floor and still running. It made more if a mess than a 5 year old would have. This would be great to use if speed painting was an Olymic Event. The handle was too heavy to continually be raising above the head to paint. No i would not reccommend this to my friends or my enemies. I am a DIYer but this was horrible. I will be going to buy rolle...

Excellent job

I bought this. You have to be moving fast because it comes pretty quick and there isn’t any way to regulate the flow but I pained a whole room including ceilings in an hour and a half

Wagner sidekick

This will save you so much time painting a room. If you have multiple rooms,it’s a must!! It worked flawlessly. I highly recommend it.

Great power roller

I bought the Wagner Side Kick a week ago. My previous Wagner Power Roller Max quit pumping. I read several reviews and the specs. It cost less than my previous Max, but the Side kick is well worth the price. The Side Kick has a extension pole adapter on the handle - this is great to be able to use the roller with a two handed grip. Just push the button on the handle to turn the paint pump on until the roller is full enough to begin rolling. Then just keep rolling until you need a short bra...

Easy

The product is easy to use and made the project go by faster

This is supposed to save time an not drip... lies

It drips all over the floor and causes dripping on the walls too. The roller that came with it left threads on the wall and it was a royal PAIN to clean this too. I think to clean the hoses took almost 2 hrs so all the "time saved" by not dipping into the paint pan was taken away trying to clean this thing. I would not recommend

Don’t do it!!

Terrible it spits and sputters and the longer you paint the clumps come out on the wall. Don’t waste your time and money!!

I would recommend it if they are doing walls not any ceilings

Too Bad

It worked great initially, but after the third use the off/on button started sticking which allowed paint to continue pumping out of the roller onto the floor. It was cleaned as instructed, with the water being changed at least 3 times while it was cleaning.
