What Customers Are Saying
The paint sprayer offers good overall performance, with users praising its ease of use, versatility, and ability to quickly and evenly apply paint on large projects. Key positives include intuitive controls, compatibility with various paints, and relatively easy cleanup. However, some users experienced issues like clogging, uneven application, and the unit feeling heavy when full. While a capable and user-friendly tool, some experimentation may be needed to get the best results.

Would Not RecommendBought this primarily to spray the ceiling of my screened in porch because it is the underside of the roof and many of the roof nails protrude through making a roller use difficult. I was using exterior paint, the primer and finish paint combined. The paint is not overly thick, really just about the same as typical interior paint. While the sprayer does provide a nice fine spray with little overspray, it was useless for spraying this paint. I even thinned the paint (even more than recommend...
Great spraying
Would RecommendI start with running h.water through then add paint. I love this. just remember to point arm in bottle opposite of angle you are painting

Should have listened to the bad reviews
Would Not RecommendMy graco sprayer of many years died on me mid project and lowes didnt have any in stock so out of desperation I picked up this wagner despite the recent bad reviews. Well, the reviews were correct, not only are the plastic parts cheaply made but the 12# adjustment coller didnt seem to actually engage or do anything. The plastic container liners were a joke and no matter what I did this thing would not spray correctly. Funny enough the wagner cost more than my graco which performed perfectly for ...

I didn't like this
Would Not RecommendI could not get this to spray more than a slight mist of paint. I tried thinning out the latex paint also. I watched the video on their website for trouble shooting and found some on you tube. It's getting returned!

garbage
Would Not RecommendI dont know if i got a bad sprayer, but the one i got was junk. It didnt spray right, it came out in globs and dried with spots. I thinned the paint thinking that maybe it was too thick, but it did the same thing. I took it back and told the customer service it was junk.

Its great for small projects
Would RecommendAfter around 10 minutes of continuous spraying the motor heats up and starts drying the paint as it comes out making it splatter for best results only fill it up half way and completely clean sprayer between every fill that way it allows for the motor to cool down and spray evenly

Not as good as I hoped.
Would Not RecommendNot as good as I had hoped to paint the basement ceiling. It is heavy with 1.5 quarts of paint added which you have to hold over your head, the nozzle clogs easily and the spray is sporadic. It may work better for small projects or projects at a lower level. I suggest if you are doing the basement ceiling pay a little more and get a better paint sprayer such as Graco Magnum 25705.

Any project over your head is more physically demanding, along with the Flexio 2000 weighing 6lbs before it has any paint in it. The Flexio 4000 gun ...

Great Product
Would RecommendThis sprayer is very easy to use and needs almost no instruction to get started. Clean up can take 15-20 minutes but you save so much time spraying its totally worth it.
Thank you.

Not worth the hassle
Would Not RecommendI purchased this paint sprayer to paint a master bedroom. We have done lots of painting in the past and we’re hoping for a quicker less wasteful alternative. We read the instructions watched several videos and it was all straight forward. The water test worked so we moved on to primer, the primer started off well then quickly turned into a nightmare by spattering, leaking out the sides, and coming out uneven (yes, we even thinned out the primer with water based on instructions). We gave it a goo...

Crap
Would Not RecommendUsed 1 time, never would work correctly after that, blew paint everywhere. Horrible mess, use it 1 time and toss. I will never buy this again or a Wagner product
The Flexio sprayers operate with air pressure inside the paint container. This is what pushes paint out of the cup and into the gun head for spraying...

Nice tool
Would RecommendIt very Nice tool, easy to use and clean. I felt it is bit heavy.
Thank you.

Tip gums up and spray turns to spit
New machine. I bought to spray latex white primer on my ceiling. Clean out of the box it worked well. After a few minutes it started to sputter. I've spent more time cleaning it than using it. I even rugged up a mesh filter which I secured around the intake with an elastic to keep out debris. Still not good. It seems like the tip warms up and accelerates the drying process. Once it's gummy you're back to square one.

It's common practice, when spraying, to have a damp rag ready to wipe of the nozzle regularly. We're sorry it became a nuisance. The paint you use can...
worked great, while it lasted
The motor siezed after a year. Within that year I used it a handful of times. Cleaned it properly after every use.
We're glad to hear it worked great. It may have a two year warranty, if you registered it when you purchased. Call for warranty service at 1-800-328-...

Work faster and easier
Would RecommendI purchased this paint sprayer to do shingles on the outside of my house. I painted them before with several brushes and it took forever. Plus, I could not get in between all the shingles to cover them with paint. With my new Wagner sprayer I was able to cover all the shingles and get in between them in one quarter of the time. The second coat was even faster. Then I used it again to paint siding on a shed. So much faster and easier. My only disappointment was that I did not buy the 3000 as I co...

Great product for the price
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a professional painter, I am a garden and landscape designer who uses stain and paint guns fairly regularly. I use it for outdoor applications, so I can't comment on its performance for interior applications, but this gun works really well for painting trellises, fences, garden boxes, etc. It does have some overspray which is common for handheld guns, so some droplets can be pretty common. But by adjusting the pattern and flow rate, imp...

Fantastic Spray Control
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous experience was with the Wagner Control Spray Double Duty. I used it to stain my fence abd it worked very well. Now I have the Flexio 2000. The big advantage with it is the amount of control you have. The Flexio 2000 has X-Boost Turbine to control the amount of air you need (high and low), the Material Flow Control with 12 steps and the width selector. All of these options give you so much control over your project. My first jo...

So easy to use.
Would RecommendI bought my paint sprayer a few months ago, needing to paint my storage container at my sculpture studio. I had students paying on it last year after a project, and wanted to create a fresh canvas. The FLEXiO 2000 was incredibly easy to use, had great coverage and for the price, and incredible deal. Oh yeah, it was easy cleanup too.

Glad to have this in my workshop
Would RecommendI never give 5 starts, nothing is perfect but this does very well indeed. I was pleasantly surprised when the Flexi 2000 arrived, why, it was well boxed but with much improved instructions than came with my Wagner Spray Max. Also included were 2 filters and spray cup liners. Of real benefit is the "masking guide" for interior painting, no guess work from here on! In addition a spray poster offers useful tips including spray distance and other pointers. Very well done and for a novice how can yo...

Versatile Sprayer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it to stain porch railing and paint a fence section. Handled both types of paint and stain easily. Cleaned up easy. Well constructed. Might be a little heavy when full of paint for large jobs at shoulder level. Next job will be a longer fence.
