Big Disappointment

Bought this primarily to spray the ceiling of my screened in porch because it is the underside of the roof and many of the roof nails protrude through making a roller use difficult. I was using exterior paint, the primer and finish paint combined. The paint is not overly thick, really just about the same as typical interior paint. While the sprayer does provide a nice fine spray with little overspray, it was useless for spraying this paint. I even thinned the paint (even more than recommend...

Great spraying

I start with running h.water through then add paint. I love this. just remember to point arm in bottle opposite of angle you are painting

Should have listened to the bad reviews

My graco sprayer of many years died on me mid project and lowes didnt have any in stock so out of desperation I picked up this wagner despite the recent bad reviews. Well, the reviews were correct, not only are the plastic parts cheaply made but the 12# adjustment coller didnt seem to actually engage or do anything. I didn't like this

I could not get this to spray more than a slight mist of paint. I tried thinning out the latex paint also. I watched the video on their website for trouble shooting and found some on you tube. It's getting returned!

Spent most if my time trying to get this to work. Clogged despite straining the paint. Terrible purchase.

I dont know if i got a bad sprayer, but the one i got was junk. It didnt spray right, it came out in globs and dried with spots. I thinned the paint thinking that maybe it was too thick, but it did the same thing. I took it back and told the customer service it was junk.

Its great for small projects

After around 10 minutes of continuous spraying the motor heats up and starts drying the paint as it comes out making it splatter for best results only fill it up half way and completely clean sprayer between every fill that way it allows for the motor to cool down and spray evenly

Not as good as I hoped.

Not as good as I had hoped to paint the basement ceiling. It is heavy with 1.5 quarts of paint added which you have to hold over your head, the nozzle clogs easily and the spray is sporadic. It may work better for small projects or projects at a lower level. I suggest if you are doing the basement ceiling pay a little more and get a better paint sprayer such as Graco Magnum 25705.

Great Product

This sprayer is very easy to use and needs almost no instruction to get started. Clean up can take 15-20 minutes but you save so much time spraying its totally worth it.

Not worth the hassle

I purchased this paint sprayer to paint a master bedroom. We have done lots of painting in the past and we’re hoping for a quicker less wasteful alternative. We read the instructions watched several videos and it was all straight forward. The water test worked so we moved on to primer, the primer started off well then quickly turned into a nightmare by spattering, leaking out the sides, and coming out uneven (yes, we even thinned out the primer with water based on instructions). Crap

Used 1 time, never would work correctly after that, blew paint everywhere. Horrible mess, use it 1 time and toss. I will never buy this again or a Wagner product

Nice tool

It very Nice tool, easy to use and clean. I felt it is bit heavy.

Tip gums up and spray turns to spit

New machine. I bought to spray latex white primer on my ceiling. Clean out of the box it worked well. After a few minutes it started to sputter. I've spent more time cleaning it than using it. I even rugged up a mesh filter which I secured around the intake with an elastic to keep out debris. Still not good. It seems like the tip warms up and accelerates the drying process. Once it's gummy you're back to square one.

The motor siezed after a year. Within that year I used it a handful of times. Cleaned it properly after every use.

Work faster and easier

I purchased this paint sprayer to do shingles on the outside of my house. I painted them before with several brushes and it took forever. Plus, I could not get in between all the shingles to cover them with paint. With my new Wagner sprayer I was able to cover all the shingles and get in between them in one quarter of the time. Great product for the price

Fantastic Spray Control

So easy to use.

I bought my paint sprayer a few months ago, needing to paint my storage container at my sculpture studio. I had students paying on it last year after a project, and wanted to create a fresh canvas. The FLEXiO 2000 was incredibly easy to use, had great coverage and for the price, and incredible deal. Oh yeah, it was easy cleanup too.

Glad to have this in my workshop

I never give 5 starts, nothing is perfect but this does very well indeed. I was pleasantly surprised when the Flexi 2000 arrived, why, it was well boxed but with much improved instructions than came with my Wagner Spray Max. Also included were 2 filters and spray cup liners. Of real benefit is the "masking guide" for interior painting, no guess work from here on! Versatile Sprayer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it to stain porch railing and paint a fence section. Handled both types of paint and stain easily. Cleaned up easy. Well constructed. Might be a little heavy when full of paint for large jobs at shoulder level. Next job will be a longer fence.
