Would Not RecommendOur first Vornado humidifiers were the EVD300. I really liked them until they started leaking all over the place. The issue could be a simple design fix but I haven't seen them do anything about the fact that the silicone seal on the bottom of the water tank is way too thin !!... I ended up have to use jelly roll pans to place them on to catch the leaking water. The company did replace the tanks and silicone rings but that really doesn't solve leaking. Would RecommendCompared to our previous ultrasonic humidifier and small fan (to circulate the water vapor in our bedroom), this is vastly quieter and almost as effective. Doesn’t crank as much water into the room, but the upsides of less noise and no white powder and not feeling the chilly breeze MORE than make up for it. We’re already planning to replace another humidifier on the main floor with a larger model Vornado.

You are definitely going to refill this 1-2 times a day, running it in a bedroom. I feel like it helped this winter with dry air and sinuses!

Easy setup and usage

I had surgery a few weeks ago and we had this going non stop to help my lungs clear easily as I wasn’t moving around as much as normal.
