This Product Really Works

I'm writing this review because I wanted others to know firsthand that this product was extremely effective in ridding my backyard from 4 field rats that were regularly coming around at night, evidenced from the droppings I kept seeing. In addition, they chewed through some of the low voltage wires at my home A/C unit resulting in a $300 repair bill. Zapped the biggest rat I've ever seen

I heard rustling of a rat in my garage early this morning. Picked this up from Lowe's, set it up around 3PM, and by 10PM we got our rat. This rat's body was the size of the trap itself with the whole 6-8" tail hanging out. It barely had a chance to touch the peanut butter before it got zapped. It Works!

I bought this several months ago and caught six rats with it. You need to make sure the bait door is securely fastened, one rat opened the door and ate the peanut butter. But I caught him the next night. It's very easy to dispose of the dead animal. Best rat trap I've ever bought.

Highly Recommend

Works great! Would buy again. We bought the classic snap traps but they didn't work. Already killed about 6 mice. Problem solved. Easy to clean too.

intelligent critters

SO if you have small mice it works good. I had one the size of the trap an it got shocked an died on the outside of the trap lol. But now they are openning the bait door an eating the pnut 3 times now. I made sure i clicked it closed. I thought i was going crazy! These animals are too smart. What am i dealing with?

Best $ 40.00 bucks I ever spent

I purchased the conventional "snap traps" and poison pellets like most homeowners ......FAILURE! My persistent mouse would lick the peanut butter off the trigger mechanism and always had a wonderful meal. He drove the dogs crazy, running on the ceiling and climbing down inside the walls to the kitchen area, trying to gnaw his way through the sheet rock. Worked first night

My mostly outdoor cat, who is quite the hunter, brings in dead mice, lizards, birds, snakes, that she kills. However, 2 months ago she brought in a still live large mouse /small rat that she played with and it got away and neither cat nor I could catch it before it ran and crawled into area neither could follow. I tried some humane traps from amazon where we found droppings (under sink) but mouse ignored. Tried some easy snap traps that did nothing. Then bought some of the classic $1 traps. ...

Works!!!!

Wow, very impressed. In less then two hours our rat took the bait and was dead. Best product. Definitely recommend!!!!!

EFFECTIVE TRAP

Bought this to catch a friend. It did the job. Waiting to see if it'll catch multiple ones before I update my review. Overall, it was effective and easy to use. Just make sure to read the warning label.

Easy to use

Setup was simple. Have caught a couple in previous ones. This is our 2nd purchase here.

Quiet and clean

No mess, no noise. Quick and humane. Some models (not this model) allow you to connect to WiFi and receive alerts when the trap is triggered which is pretty cool.

This doesn’t work

I had tried an older larger version which did work. This smaller version doesn’t. The batteries are new, the bait I placed (cracker with peanut butter) turns up missing and the rodents get away. So apparently this is not powerful enough to kill a mouse.

Best trap ever

Easy to set up. Big but it can be used for bigger rodents as well. Bought it one night and set it up. Within a few hours our rat problem was in there. It's not as loud as what you see on youtube. But works as described. Wasnt expecting it to work the first night but I'm impressed and I shouldve bought this one instead of all the old school snap traps with attractants,steel wool, and rodent repellant sprays. Worth the money I swear.
