Mouse ate through plastic

The moise was able to eat through the plastic to get to the bait so they were not killed. So now i still have a mouse and am out $22

I tried to revise my earlier review, but to no avail. Instead, a second review! I bought one of these back in December/January and didn’t catch a single mouse. Mice would crawl in, eat the bait, and leave unharmed. I decided to exchange the unit in case mine was just a lemon, and I’m glad I did! In the first 24 hours with the new unit, I’ve caught two mice. I've had this trap out for weeks and it's only caught one mouse, but I still hear them scuttling around.

This trap has caught so many mice in our house. We are so excited that they are finally getting taken care of!! The spring traps always failed to work for us but this is amazing!

Unit did not work properly

I purchased this product because it seemed like a more sanitary and humane way of dealing with a mouse. However, after repeated attempts to get the machine working right, it never performed as intended. I re-read instructions from the manufacturer several times, as well as reviews with tips from other consumers. Great Trap. Set it and forget it!

Trap is easy to set and easy to monitor. The LED indicator is great at indicating when the trap has caught something.

Trap works amazingly!

We bought this trap due to being environmentally conscience. Didn't want to use poison because pets and wildlife. We used dog kibble as bait. You have to put the bait at the end where the air holes are. The mouse has to go all the way in and touch both metal plates in order for this to activate the charge. We caught 15+ mice in 3 days. Waste of money

I followed all directions, baited with peanut butter, put along a path where I've seen mice and haven't caught anything in over 4 weeks. Waste of money. Calling an exterminator.

Work great, just aren’t totally reliable

I’ve purchased 4 of these, and in general they do what they’re supposed to. However, one of them didn’t work right after I bought it and another only worked for about 2 months, although one of them works like a boss. I use these because they’re the most humane and environmentally friendly option I can find, I just wish they were more reliable.
