Would Not RecommendWould not stick to anything... where it spilled on the gallon can, it even peeled off the paper label as soon as I tugged on it. It rubbed right off other paints, plastic, glass, all the things that presumably a "bonding" primer will stick to. Now I have to go back and fix everything--days of work.

Perfect primer
Would RecommendI bought this primer to paint some chairs. It works so great the painters who are painting my woodwork tried it. They are switching from their previous primer to Valspar Bonding Primer. It dries quickly and bonds extremely well. I highly recommend it.

Would RecommendI was sold this product at my local lowes after I wanted to make sure I had no adhesion issues in some concerning spots. I started applying this to some stucco spots and I found out after I already applied this is not designed for stucco. I really hope I don't have to strip this from everywhere I applied it.
