Loved it until it broke - all scalding water now

Beautiful shower panel, have received loads of compliments. Installation went great. However, here we are just starting year 3 and it's all scalding water, all the time, bottom knob movement makes no difference. Really thankful I was in it when it started happening instead of one of our grandchildren. Help please? The little piece that sticks out of the bottom knob is also not attached. Hopefully this can be easily fixed without our entire tile wall being destroyed?

I wish the jets were stronger, but quality product and a great look.

We had installed 3 weeks ago with a new surround. We absolutely Love the Vigo shower and all the different heads. Everyone that sees it ask if they can take a shower! No pictures as we still are waiting for a back order door and then paint to complete our project.

Impressive

This is the 5th we have installed in 7 years. First in a bath remodel, then in a condo. After relocating to Florida we added it to our new home, then relocated twice more. We obviously can’t live without this shower

Remove the water restrictors

Great product after you remove the water restrictors. If you do not it will take three years to fill your tub and the water flow will be a slow drizzle. Once restrictors are out it is awesome!

Love it but limited water pressure

Might be California but water is only a gentle flow Options and look are great otherwise

Purchased shower panel a few weeks ago very easy to install looks beautiful in the shower and works phenomenal for the money you can’t beat it

Great Low Price Shower Upgrade

Purchased this at Costco last month and finally installed it....Excellent look !. Nice touch by Vigo to add an extra parts bag.....Few manufacturers do this and it's appreciated ! Note the following however: 1.- When unpacking, remove the water mitigator in the feed pipe (yellow dime sized doodad" that will reduce your shower to a trickle- unless you're in a water shortage area of course. 2.- Tighten all the screws you see behind the unit; they are ALL loose 3.- Take extra care in measurin...

We bought this a week ago and I have no regrets. Easy to install. Works great. Looks nice.

So happy we went with this one. It looks great & works great! Water pressure is good on all settings. Very relaxing.

Works great, but not enough pressure!

Water practicly trickles out compared to our other shower panels. Tech support was helpful and I still gave 2 things to try to increase shower head pressure, but kind of ridiculous for the price we paid. Make the thing with good pressure and let the customer tamp it down instead of the opposite issue we have. Looks nice.

The rain shower is awesome

This is my third shower panel system from Vigo. The first and second panel were purchased over 10 years ago. This new panel is the replacement of the first panel, a reasonable life expectancy for daily use. I am very pleased with the new panel. The rain shower feature is awesome and I would purchase again. Using the body jets and the rain shower at the same time is a little disappointing. There is not enough pressure for both at the same time. I have high house water pressure where I live so iss...

Feels like a Spa!
