Spray Misty for Me

Purchased the faucet about a month ago, all good so far. Seems to be made of good quality materials, but time will tell. The twin spray choices move from one mode to the other very well. The spray mode gives off a bit of mist but that could be just us getting used to how much to open up the faucet. The retracting hose weight was definitely too heavy, I have been searching out a smaller/ lighter one. For the time being I have left it off. To date we are very satisfied with this product.

Very nice faucet.

Very happy with the new faucet. Good water GPM and the touchless system when doing messy cooking is very handy. Don't know how I lived so long without one. We'll see how it holds up. I gave it a four rating because the instructions were lacking on how to get the touchless system to work. My plumber couldn't figure it out. There is rotating wheel on the on the left-hand side of the of control panel that has to be rotated to the down position to activate the touchless system. Hope future in...

Beauty and Quality combined!

We love our Vigo faucet---the combination of black & textured chrome makes a beautiful statement. The pull-down sprayer gets to all the corners of our deep basin sink. Installation was a breeze, even for a novice. From the time we received our especially well packaged faucet, we knew we had made the right decision in purchasing Vigo!

Unusual use

I purchased the kitchen faucet for our bathroom. It works extremely well with the vessel bowl and gives us the flexibility to utilize the spray feature.

Not broke yet

Looks great, easy to install and works, but the swivel is loose and just seems to be an inevitable wear point.¹

Beautiful

I just installed it so we will see as time passes. It looks great and has a nice finish. It was nice that it came with the necessary water lines.

Works as expected

Beautiful faucet, works as intended and is easy to use; not providing a tool to tighten the faucet to the sink prevented me from giving a 5 star rating; not having the proper tools included - and are not easy to find - makes it very difficult to properly secure the faucet to the sink without having to hire a professional which is an added expense.

Love this faucet

Beautiful faucet and soap dispenser! It works great. You do, however, have to push up the pull down after using or it has a black gap since it doesn't retract fully.

Sleek and straightforward

Just purchased and installed my new kitchen faucet. It was easy the only downside to the faucet is the spray nozzle doesn't fit back into the slot with the weight and needs to be helped. Not a big deal but enough to lose a star for the price point.

Great Product!

Good product. Color is great and always looks clean. Doesn't have the shower option but I'm not going to complain. Works well!

Handle broke

Nice sink but handle broke after less than 3 years. Hoping to replace just the handle without having to purchase an entirely new faucet. Can you please assist?

Stylish and beautiful!

Beautiful faucet, in love! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the pull down part doesn't have a long enough cord in my opinion, and there was a small nick on the handle.

Can I say that about a faucet?! Second kitchen I've bought a Vigo for and I'm so happy! The black sink and your faucet with the granite I chose is fabulous. Grateful for the ability to design and purchase quality items for my new home.
