great minimalist style

Our sink is in front of a generous window in a contemporary house and we needed a very modern, simple faucet which didn't obscure or clutter the view. This is perfect for that. Only small nit is that the edges of the end of the lever handle are sharp - not dangerous but not as pleasant to the touch as the motion of the handle is. I would have eased that edge.

For the money, I think you’re unlikely to find a faucet with better looks and build quality. Instructions were clear. Installation was a breeze (DiY). Operation is as advertised. It absolutely looks like a premium piece of hardware, and all of the moving parts feel solid and well engineered. I hope it holds up for many years!

Beautiful faucet but...

Beautiful faucet but after 2 years the sprayer leaks and I can't find any help in trying to clean the aerator or where to buy a replacement sprayer.

Matte black faucet that works great

Installed the faucet about 2 weeks ago and it has been working great. Had a Vigo faucet in the past and this one has the same feel and quality.

Looks very elegant

Installation was pretty simple except a few things the plastic triangular ring that goes under the counter, instructions are a bit confusing. Not sure if I installed it upside down. Wish the locking nut was one that used screws to tighten it at the end. Had to buy a basin wrench to tighten it instead. The pull down doesn't go all the way back in without you manually pushing it back in. Other than that looks good and feels solid

Beautiful faucet with great pressure

Finally got it installed and it’s very nice works very well. The only thing is it doesn’t click back in after pulling out the faucet

Love this faucet!

This faucet was so worth installing. I love the sleek, simple design. It doesn’t lock in the spray mode (always returns to regular stream when you turn it back on, and it’s easy to pull down or return with one hand. The matte also doesn’t show every mark or fingerprint. Customer service has been really helpful as I stock up on spare cartridges for when I need them. I appreciated their help transparency.

Installed it today and used it all day. GREAT! overall performance. Great design, water flow is wonderful

It’s a beautiful faucet but it only has single water atream and doesn’t have a spray function.
