Exactly what we ordered

This is an attractive, high quality kitchen faucet. Perfect combination of modern and industrial, with the Matte Black finish being really nice. This is our second Vigo faucet, with our first being a chrome bathroom faucet for our vessel sink. That faucet is the reason we looked for our kitchen faucet at Vigo. Very happy and satisfied.

Easy to use

Easy to use and looks great. The pull out srayer doesnt automatically snap back into place though. You have to fiddle with it to get it nested back in. Other than that, it very nice and works well.

Beautiful looking faucet

The BIGO faucet & soap dispenser arrived beautifully packaged & in perfect condition. My plumber installed them two days ago without any trouble. The faucet is sturdy & appears to be well constructed. So far it is functioning exactly as I’d hoped. I had the plumber install it with the handle swiveled to the front of the faucet because otherwise the handle would hit my window ledge, installing it this was looks great & is totally functional, it also left more room to access the matching soap dis...

Very pleased

This is a really beautiful, high quality faucet. I have had it for 4 weeks and the installation was easy. The only drawback, so far, that I see is, that once you pull down the faucet, it doesn’t retract all the up to its original position. You must place it, safely back into its position carefully making sure it’s back where it belongs. It doesn’t go back in very quickly. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Sleek Looking

Great looking faucet - and, functions as we would expect.

Lots of compliments on sleek style

I love the way this faucet looks. The only downside is that I had to install the handle in the front as the range from hot-cold was set in a position where it couldn’t be adjusted forward and hit my window sill. Still works great and very happy with the product.

Good but short hoses

I really like the faucet but I did have to go buy longer hoses to reach the hot and cold water connections under my sink because the 20” hose it came with was too short. Pretty faucet though!

Nice unit with a few mild concerns

I like the narrow discharge and the stylish look. The install was easy other than the large nut needed to secure to the countertop. That was hard to get a wrench on so I could only make it hand tight. The spring in the flex arm is maybe a little too industrial. I hope the hose can handle the tension. Overall nice looking and quite functional

Nice Faucet

It is beautiful. It feels high quality. It functions well. I don’t like that the sprayer doesn’t automatically retract it has to be pushed back in place and the handle comes loose but tightens back without a problem. For the difference in price of the higher end faucet that it looks like it is worth it to me.
