Great Replacement Bell
Would RecommendEasy to install, looks great installed, and sounds perfect! Nice and loud (but not too loud!) so you can hear it throughout the home.
Reasonable Price nice service
Would RecommendThis bell is traditional door bell that runs on low voltage and allows two district tones from two different switches, that makes it easy to know where the ring is coming from. This is an ideal replacement for old bell that may be past its usefulness.
Looks good
Would RecommendLike it just fine
so easy to install
Would RecommendThis was the very basic model and with a standard chime but it worked for me. Install 2 screws to hold it up and then connect 2 wires. Took leass than 20 minutes do do it all and fit the space of old doorbell, so no need to repaint the wall around the box.
Junk
Would Not RecommendCheap and easy to install but does not work properly if installed horizontally. You will be lucky to get a full ding
Doorbell kit
Would RecommendWorks well with Zenith doorbell. Great assistance in choosing the necessary items for installation.
Utilitech White Doorbell Kit
Would RecommendHas everything in package for the proper installation of a door bell. Sounds nice too.
It burnt up!
Would Not RecommendThe transformer, (ACV Multi-volt options) was wired and rated for 16 ACV. After the chime started smoking and smelling, I put a meter on the transformer. The transformer was wired for 120v in , 16 volts out. The actual voltage output on the transformer was 18.8 ACV. It burnt the resistor on the chime, so it never did work. Not the chimes, the transformer was bad. UtiLitech brand.
Wired doorbell chime
Would RecommendThis is a simple replacement for a general doorbell application. The chime sound is loud enough to hear throughout the house but not too loud as to be annoying. Easy to install and not an eyesore in the wall
