Would RecommendWe have 4 or 5 of these in our home. We use them upon entry, as one of the lamps is across the room. With this, we can just flip the lamp on instead of the multiple pot lights that would come on when the wall switch is turned on. Another lamp is missing its switch on the pole, and this works great. I have yet another pair of lamps that I can turn on at the same time with just the press of a button. These are great!

Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was a “smart” product. It is not. The remote is an actual remote and rather big. It is very slim and It was easy to lose in the couch cushions. It is advertised as for a light, but you can plug anything that you want to control into the outlet.

Bought this product, put the TV in "always on" mode, plugged it into the Utilitech wireless outlet remote, and I can now control the TV on-off function remotely.
