Would RecommendA solid performer with bright light and switch to adjust the light colour tone. This needs to be hard wired. Provided push-in connectors are easy. I decided to connect a cord I can plug into a wall outlet. This lost a star as an internal clip broke which holds the access door closed and I think 12" is a little small.

Good under-cabinet light, not serviceable.

It was easy to remove the old fixture and install this new one - three wires and two screws. The only downside is that this fixture, when it eventually dies, (5 year warranty) will have to be fully replaced because it is not a fixture with replaceable lamps.

Would RecommendLED light works great; I think the ability to change the color intensity to what fits your need is really nice. I also appreciated the quick connects provided in the housing, as I hate using the larger twist caps to connect the power wires. This replaced a fluorescent light, and I don't like the fact it is LED with a limited 40000 hours of lifetime.
