Sturdy Power Cord

A sturdy heavyweight cord. The packaging calls it a Generator cord, but to me, it is a heavy extension cord. The cord has NEMA 5-20 plugs and is rated for 20 Amps. I use it with my welder when I have it set for 115 Volts. With the 50 foot length I can move some of my minor welding outside without a loss of amperage to the welder. Heavy duty and well made

This cord is exactly what I needed for my RV. Heavy duty 10/3 cord, well made, sealed connectors and it’s still flexible enough for every day use. I highly recommend this cord.

Heavy duty 10/3 cord will handle any load

A project I have is to do some mig welding on my back fence. A standard extension cord is not big enough to run a welder but this 10/3 cord handles the job no problem. Another problem I have had is running a nice size compressor on an extension cord 50' long. It doesn't work, the cord will not carry enough amps to power the compressor. This 10/3 cord handles the job no problem. An adapter is furnished so you can plug into any 120v plug.

Heavy duty construction

Seems to be a good cord with a couple of quirks. I think that the adapter cord should be from a 15 amp outlet to a 20 amp outlet and not the way it comes. This seems to be set up for use with a generator and not for a long cord powering a tool like a saw. I was not impressed with how the receptacle gripped the prongs on the adapter. As you can see from the pictures I taped them together.

Generator Power Cord

This is a nice looking heavy extension cord to use with your generator. The 50 ft length lets you put the generator away from you work and dust. The 10 gauge lets you get the longer distance without dropping the voltage too much. Great for use with power tools, camper, etc. This is 110v. Does not work with 220v. Not waterproof or weatherproof, so do not use it outdoors if it will rain. Comes with short adapter cord to use with normal 110v plugs.

This is one HEAVY-duty extension cord!

This entire extension cord weighs almost 12 pounds! I installed an additional heavy-duty hook for it. And I was thrilled to see the attached adapter to simply make it a typical 3-prong plug as well. It will work SO much more efficiently when I supply the power AND the cord for my son's table saw when he finishes my retaining wall.

Heavy DUTY!

This is a quality, heavy duty extension cord. We installed 200 parking stop blocks this past Saturday with it. So nice not to have to stop and move the generator closer to where we were working. We have burned up cords and hammer drills in the past, this cord allowed us to set 10 in each direction before we had to move. The only con, wished the lighted plug end was brighter to show up in the bright daylight, but no biggie. Really nice heavy cord, didn’t even get warm under continuous use.

Truly Heavy duty

This is truly a heavy duty extension cord ,perfect for plugging an rv into a 110 socket if you have to given the size of the wire. I would suggest its not necessarily a good every day use general extension cord given the weight and size. The cord is well built and sturdy. So if you have a specific heavy duty purpose such as running a generator or an RV this is a good cord.

Excellent Extension Cord

Heavy duty is how i describe this cord! Chose specifically to use in storm season with my generator. Comes in a good box for storage and a velcro strap to to keep wrapped/untangled. Tossed around in the yard a bit, velcro strap stayed in place. The light feature is a great bonus along with the adapter short cord for regular outlet. Cord uncoiled easily and I was able to recoil with no problems. Would definitely recommend and will even grab a couple for family members.

Great Heavy Duty Exstension Cord

Just what the dr ordered to use with your generator to power household appliances and power tools when needed or for power outages. Very heavy duty can also power tools in remote locations to help get the job done faster. Its 50 ft long to let you reach those places that are hard to get to and not able to get your generator close to. I highly recommend this heavy duty cord.

the construction is awesome. the light on the female end is great as it lets you know the power is there. the male plug will fit my generator just nicely. the best is there will be no loss of power and i can put it farther from the house to keep the noise down. the outer covering is quite thick which makes it a lot more durable and can handle rough situations for a longer time than the much thinner cords. i would recommend this to anyone that needs a heavy duty cord that will last a long time a...

This extension cord is very heavy duty. I was worried when I seen the prongs on the plug in. But this company thought of everything and included an adapter. We live on a farm and can use this cord for many things. We will definitely use this for our generator.

Great jobsite power cord

Great Heavy Duty 20 Amp extention cord. It has T connectors for 20 Amp receptacles, but comes with a 1 foot adapter cable to use with a 15 Amp receptacle.
