Just what we needed
Would RecommendWe just bought a new Generac Generator (from Lowes, of course) and needed a cord other than what came with it. We had our home wired for our old generator so we could turn on what we needed. Thanks to your associate who worked in electrical, I was able to get exactly what we needed. Just gave it a test run-awesome!

Would RecommendPerfect length for my generator that has to stay a safe distance from the house. Good quality but a little pricey.

Doubt that this cord is rated for 7500 watts at 120 V. 120 x 30 =3600 to get 7500 watts or nearly 7500, it would need to be 220 V connection.
good cord. have not used yet.
Would RecommendExcellent quality. Would have chosen a shorter length. 25 ft is all that was to chose from! I'm only to use from generator to house connection. Could not see why it cost so much. $110.00!! An electrician could make one for cheaper most likely. If so you would lose the quality. All in all I think it will suit the need of which I intend.

Information is missing
Would RecommendIn the Specifications, they list the plug type as "standard". Hmm, in my mind, standard is what we have in our wall outlets in the home. This should be corrected to read: L1430 Plug and connector. NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturer's Association) lists specific designations for each type of plug, receptacle and connector. This will fit most generators that deliver 120/240 volts via a twist-lock connection. Some smaller generators are limited to 20 amps and use a L1420 connection and still ot...

Would RecommendIn my previous post on this cord the total wattage on the box says 3750 watts, but a white tag on the cord says 7500 watts.I'm not sure which one is correct. I'm going to try to find out which is correct. Check with service desk before you buy.

Would RecommendJust purchased for my backup generator and this cord seems to be well made. Price is about average Although the specs don't show it the max wattage is 7500.
