excellent lighting option for the do it yourselfers the rim needs to be a little bigger. the box itself is difficult to insert once wire lugs are attached. My job required cutting through the drywall and the old lathe and plaster. Be careful

These lights should of had the electrical pass through on the top of the box. Tough to install through the hole when more that one wire is installed unlike other brands that have a separate control box. We did not care for the shinny bright white color vs a flat white. We went with the Halo brand and liked them a lot better. It's too bad because the price on these was a lot better.
