Good, not great, product and easy to install
Would RecommendThe light fixture world have been great if they used a slightly heavier metal. It is heavy enough to do its job, but a little heavier would have made installation even easier. As indoor lights they should last for quite some time.

Great value for the price. This is my second purchase for this item. The only drawback is it has no on/off switch and has to be plugged and unplugged for use.

hanging challenge
Would RecommendThis light''s chains are knot ocated at he same place that my old lights were.. I am using this for a plant stand, so I ill have to add a support to use it. This is an inconvenience, but not significant and has no bearing on the function of the light.

Works for me
Would RecommendI chose this T12 design because the previous home owner already had a nice collection of T12 bulbs in the garage, laid flat of course, and I thought it would be silly to toss them for a different design bulb. My primary purchase was 1 lamp to add some light over a work bench in my garage. I was pleased that the cord included was so long, and the chains and hooks made installing this easy, didn't even get the drill out. Put my old bulbs in and I was rocking. I will be heading back to buy 4 more...
Great shop light
Would RecommendPut 2 of them in a storage area of the basement and they're great. Installed them both in under 10 minutes. They come with s-hook, chain and hook for installation so you really don't need any additional parts or tools.

not with GFCI
Would Not RecommendI like these hanging shoplights with chains and power cord ready to go. i got two very similar to this one from Home Depot last year and have been very happy with them. i needed a third for the garage last week, but my Home Depot has stopped carrying the model i had bought. They had nothing similar to this 2 Lamp T12 design that i wanted. Lowes, however, had same product with different manufacturer about the same price ~12 bucks... can't beat that price... UNFORTUNATELY after it warmed up, it tr...
For the price it is a bargain.
Would RecommendFor the price you pay you get a good 4 ft dual bulb light that is an excellent choice for a light over a work bench or such location. The light is very quite with no hum that you find in some cheap lights. It comes on immediately in my garage heated to 39 degrees. Will more than likely flicker in extreme cold. If you try to mount it flat against the ceiling as I did it is a little work as you have to disassemble the unit. Not hard to do with only 3 screws but you have to be careful or you will p...

Inexpensive way to add lighting to workspace
Would RecommendThis is a basic two-tube flourescent shop fixture. Comes with chain and screw-in eye hooks so you don't have to buy additional hardware if you have an exposed ceiling beam. Has five foot electrical cord with three-prong plug. Puts out more light than I expected and starts the bulbs very quickly.
