Great Upgrade From Older Technology

Installed in place of a 15 year old unit. This unit has better coverage and sensitivity. The Unit mounts on a corner of my house and because it's 3 separate lights it covers the front along with both sides.. Range of coverage for the main unit is about 75 yards. It operates flawless and consistently.

Guess I Got A Lemon

You'd think that for $129.00 this light would be fantastic. Well, after about 2 months of use, it works how/when it wants to work. I'm returning it to get a $25.00 light like all the others I have. (They've been working for about 15 years)

Died After A Year

It worked great for a year and few weeks but last night I drove my car to the driveway and it didn't turn on. I disconnected it and check if I have electricity in the wires. Then I found out the the light was dead!!!!! I used to love it because of the brightness!!!

Expensive, poor motion detection, broken

At first glance, this is an impressive light. Yes, it’s bright as others have said but of course it’s bright. It’s LED and 2,349 lumens. The biggest complaint is the motion sensor, as others have mentioned. It works but its “flaky” is the best I can describe it. Excellent and Good installed experience

Great lighting. Illuminates my backyard perfectly. Very very satisfied. Make sure you have the head angled correctly as per instructions, you'll have to play with it to make it work perfectly for your yard but it only takes a few minutes. Poor Durability

The light was great when first installed. However, after about 18 months of use some of the LEDs went out. At about 22 months the fixture completely malfunctioned. More LEDs went out over time. The ones that are still working will not stay on. We removed the fixtured and reinstalled it. We also tried adusting position and sensitivity. Nothing fixed the problem. At first I wasn't thrilled about spending this much money on a motion light. But after owning this light for more than a year now, I'm so glad I made this purchase. I also realized it will eventually pay for itself over the life of the fixture- due to the energy saving LEDs. Purchased two of these and I couldn't be happier. Turns night into day! If something or someone is in your yard you will know it.

Impressive

Easy install but should have a rubber gasket or something to junction box, the light and the box are the same size so you have to caulk to prevent water from getting in. Other than that I am very impressed, it lights up my whole front yard 360 degrees and have to angle it down as it lights up the house across the street. Very bright

Purchased this light to go on our lake place -- very impressed with the amount of light that it puts out. I set the sensitivity so that it wouldn't turn on with every car that passes by. I also liked the fact the mounting base is the same size as a surface mount wet-location junction box. Just had to put a bead of caulk around the seam between the light and the junction box.

Short Term Working Life Like Most

This light is great for the first year or so. Like every other motion light I have every owned, and you can probably relate with what I'm saying, this light only worked for about a year. It was excellent when new, but for the cost, I can not recommend it. Now it will not come on. It appears to be the relay, as when on Test Mode it will work and you can hear the relay click, but on any of the time intervals it does not.

Not the best

I installed one of these lights under the overhang of my rear door. Although the sensitivity is set on the highest, the motion detection from the sides is very poor. The timer on this lamp, set at three minutes, works fairly accurately in very cold weather. The temperature here in Alabama dropped to six degrees. I Just read the other reviews about cold weather failures. I bought a second lamp and installed it last week. The temperature here is now twenty degrees at night. This second light timer...

Works great when not cold

Have 2 of these & like the led lighting better than the standard flood lights when they work in warm weather - Neither one works when temperature gets into single digits or below 0 - But that normally that's for short periods of time except this year, so i would not recommend them to any one in Alaska! If it wasn't for that I would give them 5 STAR
