Would Not RecommendFirst of all the directions are really limited and don't really go through how to use the different heads. There should be a com to give demonstration or pictures with more detailed instructions. It also says changing a candelabra bulb but none of the heads do that. That is specifically what I bought it for. I'm going to return this

Would Not RecommendI tried to remove a LED flood light at 12', and all it did was scratch the collar around the bulb, and make the collar off-center to where it looks bad... I will have to hire someone to repair the damage this product has caused.

Would Recommendit's a new house, so thought bulbs would come out easy wasn't sure how putting in new bulbs would be. the kit comes with 2 bulb changers one for standard and one for r type ceiling lights, works so easy, also other connectors I haven't got to try yet highly recommend

Worst I have ever seen! Don’t waist your money! Suction does not work. Was able to use on one clean bulb. Cleaned off existing bulbs and still did not work. Ended up cleaning a broken bulb I removed with pressure only

Would RecommendIf you're tired of dragging out a ladder to change light bulbs in your high ceiling. Just stop now. We purchased this, with a dozen light bulbs, swapped out 8 in less than 15 minutes. Well worth the money!

Would Not RecommendShoddy construction and didn’t have grip to remove the bulbs; the wires on one of the heads also stretched out on first attempt to remove a bulb. Useless.
