If you have a good, flexible hose, this works fine

Works very well in general. The garden hose attachment should be made of harder material, though- I have already noticed some stripping. I had to get a high-end 3/4" flexible hose to make it work properly- the budget hose kept popping off (the attachment is not very tolerant of stiff hoses), and the pump shot water straight up and all over me. :-( The vent also shoots straight up at startup. No idea how durable this will be in the long term.

To cheap to be worth $110

Whoever thought that a plastic hose connection was a great idea to save money on producing these pumps should be taken out back and beaten with the with the hose that keeps popping off of this pump.

Did it's job

I liked that or helped from my home being flooded, it was a life saver just gotta keep monitoring the reason and then go check on the pump it Does Not have a automatic shirt off you have to unplug it once it stays making a humming sound worked great, highly recommend this item to any one who might be in danger of flooding to you're home

Reasonably priced sump pump which does the job.

It is reasonably priced, works well on an exterior cellar well landing after previous one stopped working. Suggest comparing this 1/6 HP with the 1/3 HP model for another $40.

Inexpensive and easy to use.

DID THE JOB

Did the job. Kept the water from reaching my back door and coming into the kitchen. Really glad i bought this. My yard flooded after days of heavy down pours with only a 1/2 day break of rain. By the time i got back from Lowe's it sarted to rain stready again and my back porch began to collect water again. I hooked up the pump and it kept the water away. Don't know how it will do in a fast heavy down pour though since it's small. Might have to buy a second one and have both going during one of ...
