Inexcusable horrible customer service

 Would Not Recommend

Very discouraging that online order was cancelled for unknown reasons and when went to the store in person there were 35 sheets and plenty of bags of screws in stock and on the shelf. One that shops at Lowe's quite often for diy projects was very upset that it seems someone didn't feel like picking the order.
