Works great, but perhaps not that easy to apply
My application was for a concrete cellar extension where floor meets wall; water was seeping in in several spaces. I had tried several other products, but they either had to be applied on dry surfaces only, or they were not quite effective. This product really works, although applying it, I found, wasn't always easy. Still leaks but hardens even in water.
Would Not RecommendI used it and still had leaks. I bought more and applied it and still have leaks. Its not that the product doesn't work, it's that water finds a way to route around. *sigh* So we found measures to eliminate the water source and it stopped dripping. Problem solved.

This product does really work but once you mix it, you have to move a bit fast because it does dry up quickly no joke. First time using this product.

Would RecommendI’ve been dealing with water in my apartment and my landlord has been putting it off so my brother in law told me about this stuff and I love it!! Better suggestion I have ever got! It sealed a running leak that was pouring watering just by holding the spot for a few minutes and sealed all the cracks in the cinder blocks it’s been two days and it’s still drying but no water has gotten threw! So happy :)
