What Customers Are Saying
The UGL Fast Plug Hydraulic Cement is an effective product for sealing leaks and cracks, especially in basement walls and floors. It dries and hardens very quickly, often within minutes, which can be both a positive and a negative. When used properly, the product is highly effective at stopping active water leaks and sealing areas prone to water seepage. However, the fast drying time can make it tricky to work with, and some reviewers reported issues with the product washing away before fully hardening. Overall, the product works well when used correctly, but requires careful application and attention to the mixing ratios and drying time.

Would RecommendThis product is so unique that I hope you’ll never need it. But if you do ~ because you find yourself facing water pouring through a cinderblock wall ~ in a bunch of little spots and a few big ones ~ UGL Fast Plug WILL stop the leak. And yes, I’ve used Quickcrete before. Just never in such an urgent situation. Also, I think ALL (underground) basements should be coated with UGL Drylock instead of any type of paint. Even with the best care, age happens! Houses settle and the earth moves. It’s time...

Stopped the Leaking, just as it said it would
Would RecommendI used this to fill small to medium cracks in my concrete cinder blocks in my garage and it stopped the leaks from coming in. I even put it in the crack area where the blocks meet the concrete floor and again, not leaks.

It kind of works
Would Not RecommendFollowed instructions for mixing with water. It hardened within 1 minute and not 3-5 min like it said on container. Had to work with it fast. : ( Lost a lot of material : ( And sometimes didn’t stick to wall probably since it was like a rock : ( When it stuck it was different colors of gray and white : ( Next rain storm still had some water coming in half of the places I used this.

"Fast" plug is right!
Would RecommendThis product is excellent for spot patch and repair. I do, however, disagree with the workability time. If mixed exactly to specification, the mixture begins to harden and become less than easy to work with in about 60 seconds. It's still viable to plug deeper holes and cracks, but anything minor (or if you are trying to achieve a clean surface consistency) you must work quickly. I ended up actually mixing one batch at a time in a solo cup, pouring it on a trowel and spreading it quickly. Gave m...
