Would Not RecommendThe posts have lots of small cracks as they are finger-jointed hollow posts. I'm concerned that even a couple of coats of paint over the supplied primer will not protect these from water damage. The 20 year old posts I'm replacing due to rotted bottoms are in better shape except for the rot.

Would RecommendThe post has a "Warning Paint before installation" stenciled in black at the bottom of the post. The stencil bled through the paint. I also covered it over with Kilz to no avail. I ended up having to sand away the stencil to make it go away,
