Would RecommendRakes good like the last rake that I had like this that the wooden handle broke at the attachment point to the rake and couldn't be repaired. This rake has a metal handle which should last a lot longer.

Metal rake RULES!!!!
Would RecommendI broke my old leaf rake handle and the metal tines were snapping off as well. I went to Lowes to purchase a quality replacement and found this rake. It has a fiberglass handle and good quality metal tines with a spring tensioner for those heavy , wet leaves. I have used it for 3 days in a row and it has taken everything I can throw at it with great results. Don't buy the cheaper version for $10 get this one instead.
