Would Not Recommend...the trimmer blades melt like popsicles when you cut up against anything firm, like a wall, fence, or curb. Also, they are expensive (at about $11 a set) to replace. Another problem is that as you get the trimmer head close to the ground, the flat blades act like a fan and flatten down the patch you're trying to cut.
