Like the product, but the product your staff chose was terrible. The trek deck was dirty and some had scratches. Seems like old material you couldn’t sell in the store but give to people who order online. Not very fair to the people who order online.

I knew I should have picked my own.
Would RecommendWhen I ordered the number of boards for delivery I told them to make sure none of the edges were chipped. I was assured the "pick team" looked out for those things when full filling an order. The exact boards I had told them about and mentioned being in their stock were part of the order. The specialist that I spoke to was very nice and it is not her fault but she needs to talk to her "pick team". Luckily I over estimated and will not need the damaged ones in their full 16" length.
