Would RecommendAfter years of using treated lumber for building porches and decks, I made the switch to Trex. Trex is best used in those places where you do not ge a lot of sun to dry out your deck. Lack of sun promotes faster decay even in treated lumber. Trex is more expensive but you'll be glad you spent the extra money. No more rot, curling of boards or painting and staining. The decking was extremely easy to use and to cut they had screws to match the exact color .I was pleased with the ease to use the material and the color choices that I could choose from or exactly when I was looking for.
