Very good stuff. I've used this many time and love the end result

Not my favorite fairing compound
I found measuring and mixing this product messy and difficult. The yellow part is a lot thinner than the blue, making it hard to get equal parts. It also isn't super smooth, so it is hard to get a smooth even coat. I also found that it leaves pinholes. I guess I'm a West System person. I ended up finishing the rest of the job, including filling the pinholes left by the TotalFair, with West System mixed with their fairing filler. I like the ability to mix different thicknesses depending on what s...

Easy to use.
Would RecommendI love this stiff. The one to one ratio is so easy to measure and get right. It mixes well and sets up as a firm non sticky material that’s easy to work with and shape. The color change to green tells you how thoroughly it’s mixed. Whoever designed this stuff knew how to make it easy to use.

Outstanding product
Would Not RecommendI used this epoxy fairing compound for a major blister repair job. The local Boat Yards did not want to touch my boat because It had so much blister damage on it. With this product, I was able to tackle the job and obtain results that exceeded my expectations . It works great dries super hard, yet it is easy to sand. I used 80 grit on a 6” DA sander, and hand sanded the tight spots. Mixes well, has good working time, I applied with a 6 inch metal spackle knife. Clean up with Epoxy thinner 200 o...

Like New Formula, But Dry/Gritty Blue Part
Would RecommendSecond time ordering TotalFair. Liked the results the first time. My only complaint with this batch was that the blue part was dry/crystalized on top and made for a gritty mix no matter how much I worked it when mixing. I used that bit where it didn't matter. Since this is spendy stuff I'd prefer it was all smooth. After I got through that layer it was great. Thicker formula makes it easier to eyeball even amounts and spread vertically and overhead.

TotalFair on Keel
Would RecommendSpreads well, sands easily. Ended up with a nicely faired smooth keel. Made a nice smooth radius where it joins the hull.

Very pleased so far.
Perfect consistency and easy sanding. I've used Awl-Fair and Alexseal 202, and find this easier to use. I hope the bonding and strength will be as good.
