POWER CORD
Would Not RecommendHELP I cant find a replacement cord anywhere one with the green/red charger light. Power cord has to be wiggled to get green light to come on to charge and from doing so now the wires are showing on the cord and now no longer can i charge.

20v string trimmer
biggest problem with this trimmer is the nylon line. Can't get to advance out when needed. Then you must take the spool out and manually advance it, And no, you can't remove the spool without a screwdriver to push the tabs over. Battery does last for my size yard and I do like the light weight of the product

Have had this trimmer for 2 years. Yard is small and not used excessively. Charger adapter literally fell apart, wires exposed and no longer charges. Shield around base always fell off. This product is junk!
