It looks dark and rich, but when I use it, it seems that grass does not want to grow in it. It takes a long season of rain and weather to allow grass to grow in it. I am not certain why that is.

Would Not RecommendHorrible top soil … filled with rocks, debris and sticks. What little soil there was was clearly very dry. We bought this in addition to another cheaper brand and the other topsoil was clearly superior and stayed dark and dry for days longer than this one too.. disappointing I may have added more rocks and crap to my yard after spending hours cleaning it up…
