I love the ice cubes (no crescents), the unit keeps a constant temperature. I like the child lock feature, I have a granddaughter that loves to open and climb up the shelves. I like the controls for humidity on the meat and veggie drawers. I can't think of anything I don't like about this appliance. And did I say it clearly adds style to my kitchen!

Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful, love the two bottom drawers but there are a few flaws which are disappointing given the price. First, the vegetable drawers are shorter in depth than my last counter depth and the lettuce plastic containers don’t fit. Huge flaw. Next the Apple drawer only fits very small apples. Last, the ice keeps falling from top drawer to bottom drawer everywhere and I’m not sure why or how. Oh and the left door sticks which I need to call someone...

It is shallow and although I knew I was buying a counter depth I didn’t realize how shallow it would be. It has taken some time to get used to but now that we’ve had a few weeks to learn how to put our food away we like it. It makes ice but does not have water, I would add a water spout to it if I could.
