Easily the best fridge I have EVER owned

The quality of this fridge is amazing, the look of it is fantastic I get compliments when people come over all the time. It keeps my food cold on a very low setting which helps me use less electricity. I definitely recommend this fridge I’ve owned for a year now without any problems

We Are Loving It

It is spacious, quiet, with a practical interior design. Inside it is brightly lit and outside it is handsome. It was installed just 4 days ago and we are already very happy.

Perfect for a small Family

We bought this for a new home build and it’s a great looking fridge. I just wish it were a little bigger and the door shut smoother. Overall pleased.

Better than the rest! Finally a machine that works

I purchased THOR based on the reputation of quality and dependability. These things are built to last. I can say that it’s absolutely true. This thing is a beautiful beast of a machine that unlike our past one is standing up to daily use.

Just purchased this fridge about 2 weeks ago and the quality is top notch! The way everything was packaged was above the norm and you can tell they really care about their product.

killer upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this refrigerator, with automatic ice maker, once it was installed its working great the ice maker kicks out ice hourly. The refrigerator looks stylish and makes the kitchen look modern and has plenty of shelf space.

not available in white color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept looks great, especially the two drawer freezer. Didn't buy because it doesn't go with our other white appliances and white kitchen cabinets.

Product nice so far

Received fridge today. It is pretty. Got cold...however hours later No ice yet. But I HAVE NO OWNERS MANUAL TO CHECK SETTINGS. The delivery guys SUCKED. IN A Ryder rental truck.. They were rude and took the warranty, the manual, the hex wrench that is needed for the door handles..with them and when I asked them where the manual and shipping invoice was as they dashed out to leave...they said it was by the fridge...it was not...and they broke a piece of my door blind off and really could care les...

Beware Photographs of Installation

As I just confirmed with a phone call to Thor, after waiting on hold for 90 minutes, the warranty for this refrigerator, as stated on page 6 ("Placement") of the manual, requires for ventilation 10 cm (3.9") clearance on sides and back and 30 cm (+/- 12") clearance above. When I pointed out that this photograph could lead people to buy the refrigerator intending to install it as illustrated, which would void the warranty, I was told, "It is just a photograph."

So worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just unboxed our new THOR fridge. It’s so nice!!! It has great features and everything feels and looks like it’s great quality. Noise is really minimal while running. We’re very happy with it.

Perfect for our Kitchen

You have to remember that this is counter depth, so it is not a big, full sized French door fridge, but it is perfect for our space. Doors have a lot of space for milk & condiments. Double freezer drawers offer easy organization. We love it!

Poor quality, Door sticks, Low ice production

I really expected more from Thor, I thought i was buying a luxury brand. Nope. Having to return it AGAIN! On our second one that is having the same issues. The left door doesn't suction shut so it sticks when you close it and is left open constantly. The tracks on the freezers are super cheap and flimsy. The ice maker is also cheap and has very low production because they didn't design the height of it correctly so it thinks it is full with 20 cubes in there. This thing honestly sucks.
