Worked as expected
Would RecommendWorked just as I expected. I'm not sure why you are warned not to touch the probe ends, but we managed to work around that. Alarms for preset temps is a bonus.

Would RecommendI needed a double probe thermometer so I could monitor the flat end and point on a brisket. This item worked perfectly, very accurate, and still running on the same batteries for 4 very long cooks now.

Would RecommendAccurate temperature probe and good quality. The probe that came with our grill isn’t the most accurate so having this as a backup has helped to make sure our meat is cooked perfectly.
