Would RecommendAccurate and easy to use. I used this to check the temperature in my oven over a period of about 2-3 hours. I had just replaced the oven sensor as it seemed erractic. I actually used this twice as I found the oven was running hot and needed recalibration. I recalibrated it 20 degrees, used this again and now it is running accurately. This is also great to make sure you don't overcook the meat on the grill.
