Pin is impossible to remove
I am trying to convert the box to a horizontal position but the pin is impossible to remove. I have everything install with sealant and mortar in brick so can't take it back to get a new exterior box in the horizontal position
Pin will always be very tight when you get the box. The more you work with it the easier it will become.
