Bad directions, missing info !

 Would Not Recommend

Missing valuable information! No where in directions does it say to install with eye down. If you install the way you think they should be, they flick on and off and never stay off until dark. I went to another site yo find out what the issue was, at that time it was too late, I already drilled holes in my lights!
