Some report ineffectiveness or need multiple treatments for severe infestations, and a few note reduced efficacy over time. Overall, most customers consider it highly effective and recommend it.

Would RecommendI have used this product for three years. It has never failed. Kills off the entire colony every time as along as you apply it generously to the mole trails. Don't use a half a worm - use the entire worm and use the whole box. For bigger colonies use two boxes. This stuff is pricey at about $18 per box (1o worms)but it does the job.
Garbage
Would Not RecommendI purchased these to take care of my mole problem.. Unfortunately they arrived all melted in solid pieces at the bottom of each package. I tried using them anyway, cutting them into strips, but I used all of them in different runs throughout my yard and have had ZERO success. Since I did not keep the receipt, I contacted TOMCAT and they want me to mail in my UPC. They'll issue a refund in 10-14 days? Why even waste the time, I have clear photos of the UPC as well as the defective worms. Pretty p...
Did not work for me...
Would Not RecommendI bought this product last year, set it out as the label recommend and the mole did not eat it but instead moved them aside. Bought another box recently and this time I put them in a little dish and disguise the smell with some pineapple set 2 and sometimes 4 at a time and the mole ate all ten and it's still alive under my shed digging more holes...
Very good product
Would Not RecommendThe product is great. It will kill moles if you understand enough about their habits to place the bait in the correct spot and in the correct manner. I am a commercial applicator and will still miss them sometimes.
Mole Killing Worms
Would RecommendPurchased these along with the Tomcat Mole Trap. The tap got the mole before it ate the worms.
Great Mole Killer!!
Would RecommendI had seen mole activity so I bought a box of the Mole Killer worms, have not used them yet as no new runs. But, I have used this product in the past and it was the only thing that got rid of them. You pay for the product and it works, just follow the directions.
Works Very well
Would RecommendWorks very well. Killed all my moles. If you will use them right it will work. After one week I did not see any moles activity.
Finally something that works
Would RecommendI have dealt with so many moles over the years but no luck eliminating them. I overheard a conversation at work three weeks ago about the TomCat worm and how this person swears by them. I went to our local lumber yard and bought a box of ten. I put three out in three main areas of mole activity. One week later I couldn't find any new mounds or runways. When I mowed the grass the same one week later, I ran over two dead moles near the spots I placed the worms. AMAZING!!! All these years of frustr...

Buh-Bye, moles!!
Would RecommendI used these "worms" last week after trying sonic spikes, granular mole poison and even ammonia. Lo and behold, I found a dead mole at the edge of my lawn, and I detect no more activity in the front yard. Harder to tell in the back, but I think I FINALLY got it under control after two years.
Can be effective
Would RecommendYou must follow the instructions and know something about the critter you are baiting for. Lowes advertises it as a rodent killer. It is not, which is a good thing since Moles aren't rodents. If you do not know which critter you have it is a waste and a danger to use poison bait of any kind. The bait is poison to all pets and is also poison to those animals that might happen to eat the dead mole killed by this product.
Results in Less than 24 Hours
Would RecommendAfter years of enduring mole destruction in my lawn, I decided to take action. I initially consulted several pest control companies. They were not interested in helping me with my problem. One did, however, mention bait worms. I decided to give them a try. I first viewed several helpful YouTube videos. Like others, I cut my worms in half, so that I could bait 20 (vs. 10) locations. Like others, I was anxious to see results, so I was not very scientific in the planting of the worm sections...
It worked for me.
Would RecommendI've tried this almost every year. It seems to get rid of the ones in my lawn. This is for when you have one, it does not stop others from showing up. Today I will buy more and get rid of another one.
Five Stars Plus
Would RecommendI have tried three different types of traps. Also all kinds of items like gum, smoke bombs, water hoses and also standing and waiting with a shovel. This worm bait works. Moles can smell human scent so I use rubber gloves with no powder. If you cut the bait, make sure the blade has no human scent.
Likely safest kill method for moles
Would RecommendLike any poison, caution with handling is necessary; gloves to avoid contact with skin. Getting rid of moles is not as easy as it sounds and of all the products on the market, this Tomcat is probably the safest and most effective but considerably more expensive than other treatments. Proper baiting in the trails is key to success, but be patient, your little rascal of mole is likely to re-tunnel if your not careful...so watch for new trails and retreat as needed.
Didn't Work for us
Would Not RecommendIt was easy to use, but did not work. I used one box (10 bait). No difference after 3 weeks, so I bought another box and treated the yard again. I still have moles. After spending close to $40, I need to try something else!
Don't wast your money!
We have mole colonies in our back yard and I have tried using this product over the period of 9 months and not once have I trapped a mole. BIG waste of hard earned money. Might have well buried it in the back yard.

Good product
Would RecommendOur lawn service Trugreen recommended that we use this product for our moles. It gets rid of them.

I am sorry that Tomcat Mole Killer Earthworm Bait did not control the moles as expected. It will take 2 days for the mole to die after ingesting the b...
