Does the job when rodents arrive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does the job! I live in a heavily wooded area so unfortunately we do get small visitors in the house from time to time. It’s effective yet safe, and definitely easy to use.

Seems Great

Effective and affordable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comes set up out of the package, plastic but seems pretty durable, would work for a rat but also safe to have around kids. I don’t have rats or mice so I can’t test its effectiveness but it looks like it would work just fine.

Nice trap

Outstanding traps!!!!

I bought a dozen traps a year ago and caught so many rats and a few mice…they are very reusable… also the adjustablility of the sensitivity is amazing great, not in instructions but figured it out.

Single use, but not labeled single use

This is a single use trap. It cannot be reset after it is sprung. "SINGLE USE" should be clearly marked on the packaging, but isn't. If you buy it, they caught YOU!

Old Design was superior, this one is Garbage

I don't know what it is with this specific design. The old one had a cup that was removable to fill. This new one the rats have totally figured out how not to trip it and remove the peanut butter. Or the trap gets set off and catches nothing. The old design I would immediately trap the rat within hours and be done. The new design I have used for weeks and have caught zero. Super disappointing. I even tried the liquid bait they recommend first and went back to peanut butter and nothing.

They don't work at all.

Very hard to set. When I finally got it baited and set, the rats ate all the bait and have moved it around on the floor, but have never managed to set it off. They looked so good, yet are so useless.

No more rat traps.

After opening the package, I was pleasantly surprised. Made of very solid plastic. Easy to set. I liked the hole to put the bait in. I was using it to catch ground squirrels that were eating the bird seed. I set the traps in 2 locations. Came back the next morning and one trap was gone. The other was still set. The next day I caught one, but the trap was about 10’ from where I set it. Reset the trap but the next day it was gone. Not sure if it doesn’t close tight enough and they ran off with it...

The traps are very easy to set up ate clamp down securely on the rodents

Best traps for rats

These are the best traps for rats. Will never use a standard snap trap again. Also I prefer these over poison that can accidentally poison another animal. Just put some peanut butter in the bait cup and you’re all set.

Got teeth and won’t let go!

I got this product because I have a mice problem for sure, and I thought I might have a rat problem also. This item has teeth that will grab and not let go. The trigger mechanism is not real sensitive that it will go off if a mouse should climb on it. I put peanut butter on the trip mechanism, set against a wall in the barn. I’m just waiting for a catch. I’m very happy with the trap. Has good power and is easy to set.

Well I can tell you one thing about these traps~~~THEY WORK!! We live in the NW area of Cape Coral, FL. and our home is on a canal and we are next to an empty lot and we DO have RAT "FRIENDS" that have CHEWED thru our screens on our Lanai LOOKING for food, but we don't eat outside so I'm not sure WHY they chew thru our screens. great for mice

These work really well. i used them to catch mice in my garage. I have used others in the past and i like these because they are durable and reusable. they are also really easy to set up and bait with your choice of bait. i prefer, peanut butter.
