Easy to Set and Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tomcat Press 'N Set Mouse Trap is so easy to use. A simple touch sets this trap. Simply place a bait food for the rodent you want to trap, such as peanut butter in the baitwell. Then press down on the set bar to set the trap. You will hear a "click" once your trap is set and ready for use. Finally, you can place the trap wherever it's needed. Once your rodent is caught you can use the grab tab to dispose of it. So many mice that I usually buy mouse traps in 50 packs. :| So I was pleased to try something new. Turns out it IS possible to build a better mousetrap. This thing is quick, effective, clean, and isn't going to give me arthritis from setting a lot of them. I've found myself relying on a lot more TomCat products lately for pest control. Five thumbs up.

Quick and effective

Very easy to set and operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These TOMCAT press 'n set mouse traps came in a 2 pack. They are great! They are so easy to set even with just one hand. They have a very powerful snap that will kill the mouse right away. We have used TomCat products for years and always recommend them to get the job done!

I love these traps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased mouse traps many times over the years and these are by far my favorite. They are easy to bait and set. It's also very easy to remove a mouse once it is caught in the trap. My wife has always been afraid to set other traps, but even she will set these traps. I have been using cheese and peanut butter as bait which has been really effective in catching the mice. We've caught 2 mice in the past week. Very pleased with the performa...

Better Mouse Trap ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a new Design of the old wooden conventional spring style trap that has been around 50 years . These are easier to set then the wood traps but can be more difficult if you want to reuse the trap after a catch .

Scary looking at First

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The trap looks a little scary at first. It is easy to set.so far, has not been set off. Not sure how well it will work. Have it set up in the garage against the south wall where mice usually run. Looks like it will be effective

This thing works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! Within a few minutes of setting this up I caught one! Something my cats have failed to do!!!! Was super quick and easy and you just throw it away when done! Price is super great and these work amazingly! Very happy with the product and will buy more for up at camp and inside of the barn!

These do work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work. Have used them in the past as I have a problem, in 2 kitchen drawers and under the sink. Placed them using peanut butter and low and behold caught 2 within the first hour. Kind of loud when they snap, which scares my dog, but love the fact that they work. Very happy with them

Mini Bear Trap?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This particular trap looks kind of intimidating kind of like a mini bear trap. This little trap is almost guaranteed to rip your little pest in half. So far it hasn't caught anything but I'm sure whatever does get trapped eventually will suffer a long excruciating death. I'm not really fond of this type of trap as it is likely to cause a lot of pain and suffering.

Great product. Highly effective.

We quite literally caught the mouse within minutes of setting the trap. It did an amazing job. We had already set the old fashioned wooden type with no luck. Great product! Super easy to set and super easy to dispose of the mess.

Excellent product!

I bought these 2 days ago and have killed 2 mice that had learned not to mess with another brand of traps. I am impressed with the ease and efficiency of the trap. The design is good and and I only snapped it on my thumb once. I was uninjured unlike the old style traps. I will buy more as the need arises.

Junk

Spring broke off the plastic anchor and mouse escaped unharmed. Lousy product. Save your money and buy the old style wooden traps. Messy, but they work.

Terribe

Found mouse tripped 2 traps, one had its leg and the other by his neck. Still alive squealing. Not very happy about the guarantee to kill

Mouse was still alive but injured

was looking for a humane mouse trap (quickly kill) and bought four of these, it caught a mouse but closed before it got far enough in. Mouse was badly injured and left struggling overnight. We had to put it out of it's misery in the morning, unsure how long it was struggling for. Was scary and painful for the poor mouse and sad and traumatic for us to figure out how to kill it on our own. Sticky trap would have probably been more humane because it wouldn't have been in as much pain for so long

Best mousetrap ever!

The Tomcat press'n'set mousetraps are the easiest to use I've ever tried. Used with the attractant, several times the 1st mouse was caught within minutes of setting the trap. Disposal is also extremely easy. Then I just add more attractant if needed and reset the trap.
