DON'T BOTHER

I had a mouse in my basement and was freaked out so I went and bought five packs of two [yes TEN traps because this mouse was going to be caught] Tomcat Spin Trap and bought the stuff from Tomcat 'that works better than peanut butter' to put in the trap. Well everyday we checked and nothing they were all right where it said to put the and also right where we saw the mouse. Well for two weeks nothing. Didn't work for me

I bought this because I had a small mouse in the house running amuck. The mouse would go inside the trap and eat the bait but the trap never triggered. I ended up buying one of the old school "snap" traps and it worked great. This would probably work better with a bigger mouse.

We’ve had them set up for weeks now, and we keep seeing mice, but so fare none have been trapped.

We bought several of these traps for our home. We had a ten of them. Placed by spots that would be ideal for them to nest. One on either side of dishwasher, one under oven and two on either side. With two by the fridge and the rest in pantry. Placed the attractant gel in all the traps checking every day. Turns out I set up a buffet for them. The cat cought one before any of the traps. Doesn't Work

Set the trap in a cabinet and the next day we checked it. It still was at set and we discovered plastic shavings all over the cabinet, the mouse entered the trap had a snack and chewed the trap and got out of it without the trap springing to caught. Returned back to Lowes. This product does not work.

Not sure

I am not sure if these work. I bought two of these and two of the Tomcat plastic snaps and the mice I had always went for the plastic snaps and didn’t touch these. I don’t know if they can’t smell the peanut butter in them, but I was hoping the mice would choose these so I didn’t have to deal with seeing them. I am going to stick with what works and buy more of the white plastic snaps, much more effective

Hit or miss

We’ve purchased these in the past and they did the trick but this time no luck and ended up with Authenzo traps instead and caught the mouse the first night.

Worked fine

So, I watched a mouse scurry across the basement carpet while I was watching MNF. Have kid, dig and cat, so picked this one since no poison was invoked. Placed 4 of them in areas I thought this fella might go. Took 24 hours. Actually caught two to my surprise. Clean and simple. Not sure why others had a problem with theirs. Did not work

I used a bit of peanut butter. Left the traps out where I seen mouse poop and where the mice were seen running under dishwasher. On the third day I found the mice inside the trap just fine. Maybe they were too small I'm not sure but I covered the hole of the trap and put them in a bucket and drove them away and released in a field.

Doesn't work

Bought this trap yesterday from Home Depot. The mouse cleaned the peanut butter out of the bait trap. Did not go off. I have bought spin traps before a different design and they worked great. This one I will never buy again. Very disappointed.

Used to work great but not anymore!

I have used these religiously for the past 3 years. They used to work great but something had changed! The mice are going in and eating the cheese but not triggering the trap! I am not sure what has changed but this needs the company’s attention. Currently looking for another option!

Ineffective! Did not trigger!

I bought two, two packs at a local hardware store. I specifically chose this style because it's a "no handle" style; meaning that after the kill you don't have to handle (or see) the mouse. This was something my wife wanted. The morning after setting the traps, I checked to see if we were successful. There was activity. The mouse pooped on the trap, on the "set/caught" label, and when I checked the bait a dropping fell out from the inside! The mouse had been inside and the trap didn't fire....

Two weeks and I still haven’t catch the mouse

I have set up two traps in the kitchen and even though I change the location of them constantly I haven’t been able to catch the mouse. Definitely would not recommend

Very easy to insert bait and to set with the push of a finger. Easy to empty the mouse from the trap without direct contact
